Mathew Hamlin is a senior manager in the firm’s Bend office. He has a broad range of experience in audit, assurance and taxation for private clients, commercial businesses and nonprofit organizations.
Mathew is a leader on the Jones & Roth Dental Profit Advisors team and works with dentists across central Oregon. This group provides financial management, tax strategy, and retirement plan administration consulting specifically designed for Oregon dental practices.
Mathew is also a leader on the Jones & Roth Behavioral Health Advisors team and has developed a specialized expertise working with nonprofit health centers including Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) and Federally Qualified Community Health Centers (FQHC). Mathew has a deep expertise working with clinics that are managing revenue cycles that include payer and grant revenue based reimbursement.
He enjoys working with his clients to provide valuable solutions for their financial goals and appreciates the long term relationships that have developed from those interactions.
Mathew began his career in public accounting in 2008 after graduating from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Accounting and a Minor in Economics.
Mathew volunteers as the chair of the finance committee for The Bloom Project. He enjoys traveling, golfing, running and cooking.
