On Friday, April 24th, the president signed into law the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act, which included funding for the following programs;

  • Additional $310 billion in Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) funding,
  • Additional $10 billion authorized for emergency EIDL grants,
  • Additional $50 billion for EIDL program,
  • Special appropriations for agriculture, healthcare and other programs fighting COVID-19.

If you did not receive PPP funds, then you have a second chance.  You should go back to the financial institution that has your application and get it submitted right away.

You should consult with your tax advisor to determine whether any of the SBA programs are applicable to you.
