As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, our priority at Jones & Roth is to ensure the health and safety of our local community.

Our leadership continues to monitor developments and follow guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Oregon Health Authority (OHA).

To insure the well-being of our community, we have implemented additional measures to limit the spread of illness-carrying germs.

With many client deadlines approaching, our offices remain open and we are continuing to provide high quality client service.

MEETINGS

We have multiple options for facilitating client meetings based on client preferences. We can schedule meetings online, in-office, or via phone call.

Our offices have slightly different accessibilities, here are some details regarding each office.

  • Secure electronic file transfer – please visit the “Send Us Files Securely” section of our homepage or refer to your CPA’s email signature for the link to upload
  • Curbside document drop-off – please call ahead
  • Secure file dropboxes – located outside to the right of our front door and inside our reception area
  • Sanitary signing table for document pick-up – ask the receptionist and they will bring your documents to the signing table for you
