ODEA Dental Webinar “The Secret to Becoming the Practice Superhero”
Complimentary Online Webinar
Wednesday, July 17, 2019
6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
In this session, Dental Practice Advisor Elliott Tracy, CPA will show you how to become the superhero of your practice by communicating financial reports in a new, insightful way.
We all know how busy our Doctors can get providing patient care. It’s often challenging to carve out time to drill down on practice financial dynamics. This presentation will provide you with easy-to-implement tools that will make financial reporting easier, more consistent, and more effective.
We will examine financial reports that highlight the key dynamics you should be watching on a monthly basis. We’ll show you how to present that information in non-traditional formats to create clear understanding and promote actionable insights. We’ll also look at practice benchmarking concepts that allow you to quickly spot areas of success and opportunities for improvement, and to compare your practice performance to past periods, future goals, and other local practices.
