Financial Reporting Dashboard Coming Soon to FQHC Clients

The Jones & Roth FQHC team has been working on a financial reporting dashboard that will help make complicated and detailed financial analysis digestible for FQHC governance.

Compared to financial statements it is a summarized, high-level, and visual presentation. We are confident it will help generate more board energy and engagement towards financial conversation and analysis.

This dashboard will be a financial health snapshot for FQHC board members and management. It will outline key performance indicators critical to organizational success.

Our goal is for FQHCs to use this as a tool to help drive sound financial decisions and to focus on long-term financial planning through elevated discussion. It is also a great way to check up on the ratios and metrics your grantors and lenders are watching.

Know where you stand now so you can plan for the future. Compare your FQHC over the years and to national industry benchmarks.

Are you hitting best practices or is there an opportunity for improvement?

Where do you want to be this time next year? In 5 years?

Where should you focus your resources?

We are very excited about this financial reporting dashboard and for the potential for how FQHCs will use it. We are planning a roll out in the first quarter of 2019. Stay tuned…
