Evan Dickens is the leader of the Retirement Plan Audit team. Audits of employee benefit plans are his primary focus including 401(k), ESOP, 403(b), and health & welfare plans throughout the Northwest.
Evan also works with small and mid-size businesses in the areas of financial statement assurance, retirement plan design & consulting, and tax planning and preparation. He has a specialty focus working with medium to large construction contractors on contractor profit improvement, evaluating financial strength to maximize bonding and credit, and proactive tax planning.
Evan has been with Jones & Roth since graduating from George Fox University in 2003 and is also a member of the firm’s Quality Control Committee.
Interestingly, back in the 8th grade, Evan competed in the ACSI National Spelling Bee. He has previously served as Chair of the City of Redmond Planning Commission, on the Central Oregon Community College budget committee, and as the Redmond Chamber of Commerce Ambassador President. Currently, he serves as the treasurer of Redmond Little League and spends most of his free time coaching his two children in softball and baseball. In his personal time, Evan is an accomplished musician and avid hiker.
